Go massive without sacrificing detail with the Samsung 85 inch Q7F QLED TV. Built around the Q4 AI Processor and genuine Quantum Dot technology, it turns everything from streaming shows to lower-resolution broadcasts into sharp, colorful 4K viewing.

What Makes the Q7F Worth Considering

• The Q4 AI Processor analyzes content in real time and upscales it toward 4K, so even older footage looks noticeably cleaner
• Quantum Dot technology renders over a billion distinct shades of color, giving skin tones, skies, and textures a more natural look
• Samsung Knox runs quietly in the background, blocking malicious sites and apps while keeping passwords and connected IoT devices secure
• Samsung TV Plus opens the door to thousands of free channels spanning news, sports, movies, and kids' programming, with no subscription required
• SmartThings turns the TV into a hub for your connected home, letting you check and control compatible smart devices from the same screen
• Q-Symphony lets a compatible Samsung soundbar play alongside the TV's own speakers instead of muting them, for fuller, more layered sound
• Motion Xcelerator smooths out fast-moving scenes, which helps during sports broadcasts and action sequences
• Tizen OS is supported with software upgrades for 7 years, so the interface keeps getting new features well past purchase

The 85 inch screen size makes the most sense in larger living rooms or dedicated media spaces where viewers sit further back. Combined with Quantum Dot color and 4K upscaling, it's a solid pick for households that stream, watch broadcast TV, and occasionally connect a soundbar or smart home devices to the same ecosystem.

Ideal Use Cases

Families building out a large home theater setup, or anyone replacing an older, smaller TV with something built for a bigger room, will get the most value from the Q7F's screen size paired with AI-driven picture processing and built-in security through Samsung Knox.
