    Yes, you will get an order invoice in the email provided while placing the order.

    No, we don't save any bank details as we respect our customers privacy. 

  • How can I avail EPP (Easy Payment Plan) to make a purchase on Jacky's website ?

    Currently Jacky's provide delivery only within UAE boundaries.

    Home delivery and Store pick up  - All products are available for home delivery on You can opt for Store pick-up by selecting the store location when placing the order online. Once the order is placed successfully you can collect your product from our stores as per your selection while placing the order. 

  • What is the estimated time for delivery once the order is placed ?

    It takes 3 - 5 business days for delivery within UAE.

  • What happens If I'm not available at home to receive the delivery ?

    The courier company will contact you before attempting to deliver the product.

    All products purchased online comes with a standard 1 year manufacturing warranty.

  • What is an Extended warranty offered by Jacky's ?

    You can opt for 1 or 2 years of  extended warranty on your product. All products come with a standard manufacturer warranty. The Extended warranty gets active after the manufacturer warranty gets expired. 

  • How can I return or exchange the product ?

    We accept returns only if the item is in perfect working condition, not used, not damaged and must be returned in original pack with all accessories, instruction manuals and internal packing. Exchange or refund is not valid for health and beauty products as also certain accessories. For any return you would have to visit our stores.
