Installation & Delivery 


We have a range of products that can be delivered to your doorstep as well as free installation on a range of products. Please check with our staff if your purchase is elegible for delivery.

Turnaround Time : Please allow a time of 48 hours for us to service your delivery request on the eligible products.

Manufacturer Warranty 

  • Manufacturers' warranty whenever applicable as per items, commences from the date of purchase mentioned on the sales invoice normally for a period of 1 year unless specified otherwise.
  • Primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand owner, principal supplier/ distributor and Jackys is only a facilitator.
  • Accessories, batteries and consumables are not covered under warranty unless provided by Service Agents.
  • Warranty becomes invalid if the product/s has been opened or tampered by unauthorized person/other service center.
  • Please retain invoice and warranty card to claim warranty.
  • Warranty is applicable within the limits of UAE only unless specified.
  • In case of Dead on Arrival (DOA) product/ out of box failure, the respective service center/ service provider will determine whether the product is DOA and would offer either replacement or product repair.
  • Terms & conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the law (24) 2006 on Consumer Protection.

Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange policy is possible only within 7 days from the date of invoice of purchase and are subject to the terms herein:

  • Exchange or return can be made along with the original invoice, and warranty card provided, and the product (including the unit carton) is returned UNUSED and UNOPENED (original seal not broken) along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost) items if applicable.
  • In case the item is OPENED or USED, exchange will only be possible if the unit is FREE from any physical defects or misuse and 15% re-stocking fee is applicable*. *T&C apply - select brands/models.
  • Exchange or Return is only allowed in the same store where the product was originally purchased.
  • No Exchange or Return for the following product categories: Health & Beauty products (due to reasons of hygiene), printer cartridges, consumables, PC software/PC games, Video game software, Camera films, CDs & DVDs, and memory cards and flash memory drives. Returns or Exchanges for any defective units will not be processed before checking and getting the confirmation from authorized distributor or agent service center.
  • Refund for items purchased by Credit Card will be transferred ONLY to credit card accounts and bank charges will be deducted as applicable.
  • Large AV products and Home Appliances will be exchanged or refunded with approval from Authorized Distributor of the product. Such products will be repaired as per warranty conditions.
  • Conditions apply for refund/exchange of items during special promotions or sale.
  • Cash or credit card refund for Gift voucher purchases are not permitted.
  • Installation charges will not be refunded for delivered and installed items.
  • Conditions apply for re-transport/re-installation of home delivered items such as Televisions & Appliances.
